Which plan do I need?
Starter suits one website with a handful of mailboxes: a personal site, a portfolio or a small business brochure site. Business adds room for up to five websites and 25 mailboxes, which covers most small companies with a couple of brands or a separate site for a project. Pro removes the limit on websites, databases, subdomains and alias domains, so it suits freelancers and agencies hosting client sites, or anyone who runs many small sites.
What does "website" mean?
A website is a domain with its own document root, PHP version and settings in the control panel. Subdomains and alias domains hang off a website and have their own separate allowances in the table above. An alias domain is a second domain that shows the same site as your main one.
Monthly or annual?
Annual billing is ten times the monthly price, so a year of Starter is £29.90 instead of £35.88. Both are the same flat price at renewal. If you are not sure the platform is right for you, start monthly and switch later.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing area. Your hosting stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account and its data are removed, so take a copy of anything you want to keep first.
