Which games can I run?
The plans below are set up for Minecraft (Paper, with Vanilla, Forge and other flavours available in the panel). Other games such as Rust, Valheim, Terraria and Source-engine games can be added on request.
Do my friends need anything special to join?
No. Give them the address and port from your account and they add it as a server in Minecraft like any other.
What is in the control panel?
A live console, file manager with editor, backups, scheduled tasks such as nightly restarts, startup settings, sub-users so a friend can help run the server, and SFTP access to the files.
Can I install plugins and mods?
Yes. Upload them through the file manager or SFTP and restart. The server accepts the Minecraft EULA for you so it boots first time.
Is the server online 24/7?
Yes. It runs until you stop it. Stop it when nobody plays and it uses no resources, but you keep your world and the price is the same.
How many players?
Player counts above are guidance for a vanilla survival world. Heavily modded servers use more memory per player, so size up if you run a big modpack.
